•    Born on 07/12/1954 in Halwa - Rachaya.
•    Enlisted in the Army on 12/06/1978 and rose through the ranks, starting as a lieutenant on 1 /8 /1980 and reaching the rank of General as of 01/01/2007.
•    Received several medals and decorations as well as commendations and congratulations of the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander several times.
•    Followed several educational and training courses in Lebanon and abroad.
•    Married with 3 children.
