Army Seizes Large Quantity of Drugs and Raw Manufacturing Materials During Raids in Hermel

The Lebanese Armed Forces Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Following a series of surveillance and security monitoring operations, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence raided the residences of wanted individuals involved in drug trafficking and manufacturing in the areas of Al Sharbine and Wadi Al Turkman – Hermel. The patrol seized a large quantity of drugs and raw materials used in their production, in addition to weapons and ammunition.

The seized items were handed over to the competent authorities, while efforts continue to arrest the wanted suspects.
